I’m not one for the kitchen except for quick and easy things like smoothies that help get my day off to a great start. I call this smoothie my balance booster. It’s a simple recipe with just a few ingredients needed.
Recipe makes two or more servings.
1 cup fresh strawberries (about 7-8 strawberries)
1/2 cup fresh raspberries (about 20-25 raspberries)
1/2 of a banana sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup Vanilla yoghurt (about 75g)
1/4 cup milk (about 60ml)
Blend vanilla yogurt, milk, strawberries, banana slices, raspberries and honey in a blender until smooth.
